 Our team offers premium life coaching and peer support to every person we intake to ensure preparation for after treatment livelihood.

 Anything that doesn't require hospitalization. We will set up annual exams with your primary care physician and a consultation with your neurologist these are both examples of outpatient care. Emergent cases can also be considered outpatient care. 

 Accomplishes members care by assessing treatment needs developing, monitoring, and evaluating treatment plans and progress facilitating interdisciplinary approaches.
